The Zeppelin 3 1908

The Zeppelin 3 (LZ3) entering its hangar on lake Bodensee 1908. The most successful of the early Zeppelin designs it flew 45 flights totaling 4,398 kilometres (2,733 miles).
The LZ 3 was bought by the German military and re designated Z 1, serving as a training ship until 1913 when it was scrapped.
